Vtg RUNNING BOARD EXTENDABLE LUGGAGE RACK. Most likely off a Ford Model T or A but also useful for a Chevy Dodge Buick Hudson or any antique car with running boards. The last picture shows how they are installed and used, these arent mine, I just wanted to show how they look in place.
