Up for sale is a pair of NOS running board mouldings. These have never been used. They have been in storage since the 1940s and have some light shelf wear. These measure 79 13/16" length X approximately 5/8" width.

Note: These came wrapped in the original brown paper wrappers. Most of it was destroyed when we opened them for inspection. We'll include whatever is left.

Stamped on the paper was: STANDARD REPLACEMENT MOULDINGS, CO. 436 RIGHT / 437 LEFT BUICK MODEL 40. Condition : These are in good NOS condition. They are nice and shiny. They are heavy for the size.

They have never been used, but have some light shelf wear from age. The left side moulding: is in very good to excellent condition. No cracks, dings, or dents. The surface finish is nice and shiny.

The tip of the boat shaped end is just slightly blunted. There is some minor surface rust on the underside, but no weakness in the metal.

The right side moulding: is in very good condition. On the underside there is one tiny ding that created a couple of light ripples in the metal on top.

You have to look closely. On one side of the boat shaped end, there are some tiny dings, but again, you have to be within inches to see this. The metal is nice and very shiny. There is some minor surface rust on the back, but no weakness in the metal.
